  • FunCakes Mirror Glaze lets you apply a shiny mirror layer over your bavarois and frozen fondant-covered cakes. Simply give the mirror glaze a mix, add in your FunCakes food colourings and pour!
  • Perfect for creating eye-catching marble effects.
Instructions:
  • Stir the Mirror Glaze well before use. Tip! Add any desired colour with the FunCakes food colourings.
  • Place your frozen Bavarois cake on a rack above the sink. Important! Your cake must be frozen. For the best result, keep the cake in the freezer until right before you pour the mirror glaze over it.
  • Pour the mirror glaze over the cake in one smooth motion.
