Gloss Frost is a high gloss, super soft white frosting with a delicious hint of creamy vanilla flavouring.
Gloss Frost pairs perfectly with Colour Mill's Oil Blend Food Colouring, letting you create bold and beautiful frosting for your bakes.
As a Swiss-Meringue style, Gloss Frost isn't as sweet as traditional frostings, so you can pipe, fill and ice your bakes without the sickly sweet sugary hit you'd usually get.
Gloss Frost is ready to use straight from the tub, and best used at room temperature for a perfect finish.
As a rough guide, the 1-litre tub will pipe up to 24 cupcakes or cover a 9" cake, and the 2-litre tub will pipe up to 48 cupcakes or cover two 9" cakes.
Available in 1-litre and 2-litre tubs.

Please note, the vegetable fats can harden in the Gloss Frost which can happen during cold weather. This can be resolved by putting the Gloss Frost in the microwave in 30-second intervals to soften it. The granules will disappear when the product is softened and mixed. The product will not split but if it is made too soft you can quickly harden it back up by popping it in the fridge for a little bit.
