Do you make sugar free, gluten free or vegan cakes? Do you use organic ingredients?
We currently create a variety of sugar free, gluten free & vegan cakes. All of our ingredients are natural and of the highest quality, which is one of the reasons, our pricing tends to be just a bit higher than our competitors. Locally sourced, organic ingredients are definitely used whenever possible. We truly believe that ingredients really do make all the difference and are committed to using only the finest products available.
Can I freeze my cakes for a later date?
All our cakes can be frozen for up to 3 months, we would advise wrapping in cling film before freezing. All cakes should be defrosted throughly before consumption.
What is the shelf life of my cake?
All our cakes have a shelf life of approximately 3 weeks, however if you are purchasing a rich fruit cake or Christmas cake, these last much longer, often unto 12 months in an airtight container.
